- Must be a 501(c)(3);
- Must have an annual operating budget of at least $25,000;
- Must have a Board or Senior Staff that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) Latino and/or whose clients are comprised of at least twenty-five percent (25%) Latino; and
- Must relate to at least one of the following: Arts and Culture, Education, Health, Community Development, or Basic Human Needs.
