Poetry reading by the inaugural winner and judge of the Letras Latinas/Red Hen Poetry Prize. Judge Orlando Ricardo Menes will read from his book Fetish and winner Dan Vera from his winning volume Speaking Wiri Wiri.
The event is being held at the Poetry Foundation located at 61 West Superior Street, Chicago, Illinois. It is co-sponsored by the Institute for Latino Studies' Letras Latinas, Red Hen Press, the Ragdale Foundation and the Guild Literary Complex.
