A lecture titled How Ethnic Are Latino Voters? Co-ethnicity, Language, and Latino Voter Preferences will be presented by Professor Luis Fraga of the University of Washington. He is a candidate for an endowed professorship in Transformative Latino Leadership at the Institute for Latino Studies.
