Congratulations to Tatiana Botero, Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures and ILS Faculty Fellow for being awarded the Indiana Chapter of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese, its 2018 Indiana Teacher of the Year in the University Category. Tatiana Botero is a dedicated and passionate teacher, who is devoted to the success and advancement of her students inside and outside the classroom, by incorporating ILS guest lectures, community based learning, and field trips to South Bend and Chicago.
