The event is sponsored by the Institute for Latino Studies' Letras Latinas initiative and features ND poets Orlando Ricardo Menes, Lauro Vázquez, and Lynda Letona. It is held in tandem with "The African Presence in Mexico" exhibit and Hispanic Heritage Month events at the Crossroads Gallery for Contemporary Arts at the Notre Dame Center for Arts and Culture.
