The Hispanic Law Students Association invites you to their 2015 Graciela Olivarez Award Ceremony. Each year they honor an outstanding judge or lawyer who has made a significant contribution to the Hispanic legal community. The award is named in commemoration of Graciela Olivarez, the first female and first HIspanic graduate of Notre Dame Law School.
This year, the award is presented to Thomas A. Saenz, President and General Counsel of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF).
A reception and refreshments will follow in the Faculty Lounge.
