After Ruben Aragon Event Flyer

The Institute for Latino Studies' Letras Latinas initiative, along with the Creative Writing Program and Red Hen Press, present a book launch and public reading by Francisco Aragón. Aragón will read from his latest book titled After Rubén. He’ll also be introducing special guests (see below), who will join him and share brief samplings of their literary work. "Whether it’s biting portraits of public figures, or nuanced sketches of his father, Francisco Aragón has assembled his most expansive collection to date, evoking his native San Francisco, but also imagining ancestral spaces in Nicaragua." (Red Hen Press)

Special guests include Misael Osorio-Conde, Brenda Cárdenas, Urayoán Noel, Maria Melendez Kelson, and Michael Nava.

The event recording is now available on the Red Hen Press YouTube channel.
