The Institute for Latino Studies is excited to announce its 2024 Cross Cultural Leadership cohort of 22 students who will be living and working in Latino communities New York City, Washington, D.C., South Bend, Chicago, and Los Angeles this summer. This year, the students participating in CCLP come from the College of Arts & Letters, College of Science, and Mendoza College of Business. They span 10 different majors, 13 different minors, and every class year.
On Friday, March 22nd, all 22 students arrived at Bond Hall for their predeparture orientation where they were able to meet other students placed in the same city as well as their alumni mentors for the summer. The alumni mentors participated in the program during their time at Notre Dame and are able to give specific advice to their mentees based on their experiences.
